I gained professional experience in the employment law department of an international law firm where I drafted internal policies, contracts and employee documentation. I also provided ongoing legal support to some of the largest employers in Poland, conducted numerous due diligence processes and represented clients in employment-related court proceedings.
Since 2023, I have been running my own law office in Warsaw, founded out of a need to offer legal services in a way that is flexible, accessible, and human-centered.
I understand the market and business needs of employers whose decisions must consider not only legal compliance, but also operational context.
I also understand the perspective of employees for whom the workplace is often much more than just another entry on a CV.
